Welcome to King George School! tawaw - all are welcome here.

King George, a castle school built in 1912, is rich in history and tradition. You cannot help but notice the size of the building and its beautiful architecture. An outside mural at the front of our school reads, "A Good Place for All to Learn and Grow."

We are a Following Their Voices (FTV) school.

At King George, our goal is to build strong and trusting relationships with every student because we know the benefits of working collectively. That's why our new school logo has the Cree word, mamawi meaning all together; we are three schools who have become one - one family under one sky.

King George School is at the heart of our community. We not only serve as a centre that inspires student learning during the day but also offer families opportunities throughout the year to engage in free programs made available after school hours through our school community coordinator.

You are welcome!
